Top Ten Tuesday: USA! (In Book Photos)

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. This week’s topic is red, white, and blue book covers. For me, this was a perfect opportunity to practice my bookish photography. If you look very closely at the pictures, you’ll notice that I included a book set in Russia in some of my “America colors” photos. I apologize for my warped sense of humor. I couldn’t resist.

Red, White, And Blue Books

What's your favorite book with a red, white, or blue cover?

  1. This is such a weird thing to latch onto, but I noticed your Peppa Pig bookmark. I love Peppa Pig! I used some of the Spanish cartoons on YouTube to supplement my Spanish curriculum last year.
My favorite book with a red, white, and blue cover would have to be Les Miserables. I keep saying I need to read it again . . . but it's so long . . .

  7. Russia's flag is also red, white, and blue. As is the UK's, Australia's, New Zealand's etc. I still maintain that the Welsh flag is the best flag - we literally have a dragon.

  19. Lovely photos! I adored Simon vs the Homo Sapiens Agenda and I need to get to Battle Royale at some point. I've owned my copy for years and I've seen it on so many lists this week it's reminded me I still haven't read it - oops!

  23. Such beautiful photographs, must have taken you ages to create these arrangements?
I just glanced at my excuse for a bookshelf and actually have red, white and blue spines next to each other: The Wrath And The Dawn, The Steep Approach To Garbadale and H2O A Biography Of Water.
