The Sunday Post #60

The Sunday Post is hosted by The Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to recap the past week, talk about next week, and share news. It’s Monday, What Are You Reading? is hosted by Book Date. I get to tell you what I’ve read recently.

On The Blog Last Week

On The Blog This Week

  • On Wednesday I review Make Something Up: Stories You Can’t Unread by Chuck Palahniuk.
  • On Thursday I do the Olympic Book Tag.
  • On Saturday more books happen.

In My Reading Life

Last week, I read Make Something Up: Stories You Can’t Unread by Chuck Palahniuk and A Love Like Blood by Marcus Sedgwick. Now, I’m reading The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern.

In The Rest Of My Life

Five things that made me happy last week:

  1. Eating ice cream with mom and grandpa.
  2. Couch to 5k is still going well. My hips don’t hurt as much anymore.
  3. Giant school assignment #3 is done. Only 2 more to go.
  4. Twitter seemed to like my blog last week. I’ll never understand you, Twitter.
  5. Playing with my friend’s dog.

I hope you had a great week! See you around the blogosphere!

  3. Did you get a lot of TWitter referrals to your blog? Isn't that the best feeling? Sometimes it happens to me on Facebook as well, and I feel powerless to stop the masses from entering my blogosphere!

    1. Yep, I got a ton of Twitter referrals, but I have no idea what I did to get them. I’m really bad at Twitter.

    1. I think Echo is worth reading. It’s different from a lot of other middlegrade books.

  5. I don't think any of us will truly understand Twitter. But it's fun to play with!

Ice cream is a must-have this week. I sent my husband out one evening, but it took him a LONG time to come home because the line was huge!

    Have a great week!

I do a happy dance every time I get a comment. (You should be grateful that you’re not around to witness this dance. It’s truly horrifying.) Leave a link to your blog so I can visit you.
