Unpopular Opinions Tag

This is the unpopular opinions tag. Like the title suggests, my opinions will be highly unpopular, so please don’t hate me. I'm not trying to insult your favorite book or make anybody feel bad. I wanted to do something a little different, so I tried to answer the questions with pictures only.

1. A popular book or series that you didn’t like?

2. A popular book or series that everyone else seems to hate but you love?

3. A love triangle where the main character ended up with the person you did not want them to end up with?

4. A popular book genre that you hardly reach for?

5. A popular character who you do not like?

6. A popular author who you can’t seem to get into?

7. A popular book trope that you’re tired of seeing?

8. A popular series that you have no interest in reading?

9. The saying goes, “The book is always better than the movie,” but what movie or TV adaptation do you prefer to the book?

  1. I always love this tag. I love The Catcher in the Rye and didn't realize so many people didn't like it. Love the pizza picture! Too funny!

  2. I love Unpopular Opinion Tags because let's face it: we ALL have unpopular opinions from time to time :) I CAN NOT get into Cassandra Clare either. I just can't with her. Ugh! Oh and I'm sick of love-triangles too - expect when it comes to pizza XD

  3. I loved Cinder! I understand not liking it though, it's a rather predictable book. The main character almost never winds up with the one I want them too!

I like Cassandra Clare, but yeah her writing is more romancy than what I usually read. Love triangles don't bother me nearly as much as instant love! Ugh! Just no!

The only popular series you don't want to read that I actually have read is Clockwork Angel. I'm with you on the others.

There are actually a few movies that I liked better than the book, or just as well. I think number one would be Jumper. Though the movie was just okay the book did nothing for me whatsoever.

This was a fun tag. I might have to tab myself. :)

  4. This is a great tag and a very nice idea! I'm sorry you didn't like The Wrath and the Dawn. It was one of my favorites this year but everyone has their own opinion xD
I must say I do agree with some of your "unpopulars" so you're not alone in this.
