FF Friday: In Which I Require A Mental Health Professional

Feature & Follow is a weekly blog hop hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read.

This week’s question: Have you ever had a reoccurring dream? What was it?

Answer: The only reoccurring dream I’ve ever had was during my high school years. In the dream, I’m running through the hallways of my school. I’m going to a classroom that I’ve been to before. For some reason, it’s vitally important that I get there as quickly as possible. When I get to the room, it isn’t there. There’s an empty wall where the door should be. I panic and start running around the school, but I still can’t find it. People are staring at me, so I ask them where the room is. They ignore me, intentionally give me bad directions, or laugh at me for being too stupid to find the room. As the dream goes on, I get more and more upset because I really need to get to this room, and nobody will help me.

That’s the whole dream. I’m sure that someone who knows about dream meanings can analyze it and find all sorts of screwed-up things about my psyche.

  2. I hate high school dreams because they usually involve me either failing something, or it involves nudity. LOL! Old follower.

  3. I totally understand the high school nightmares! High school already was a nightmare, so the dreams don't help! I think those dreams were caused by my extreme nervousness and perfectionist personality. Old follower!

  4. Nice to meet ya! :) I can't say I've had any recurring dreams - which I guess is nice, as most people seem to be talking about recurring nightmares today, which sounds awful :(

    Twitter and Bloglovin follower :)

  6. I've had a recurring dream when I was little that I was immobile on the bed, and there were these creepy Death Eater-like wraiths hovering over me. Luckily I haven't had that dream in years, though it's still extremely scary to think of it.

  7. We already follow each other on bloglovin, but I just had to comment because dreams are the weirdest, coolest, creepiest things ever.

I've had a recurring dream from time to time for about the last five years now... it usually involves burying a body and having to check on it again when nobody is around because I'm paranoid I didn't bury it well enough and I spend the entire dream really confused because I have no idea where this body came from or if I'm the one who killed them. Yyyyeah, I might need you to share that mental health professional with me, haha!
