Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. This week’s topic is books
with your favorite color on the cover. At first I thought, That’s easy. I’ll just go on Goodreads, borrow some blue book covers,
and slap them on the blog. Then I thought, No, Aj, you know how to be way more pretentious than that. So, here
are some photos of artfully (?) arranged blue books.
Blue-tiful Books
What is your favorite color?
I also went with blue covers, but my post is not nearly as pretty as yours!
ReplyDeleteI love this! Blue is my favorite color :) I even have a blue house.
ReplyDeleteI like blue but on books I also love purple, red and green. I didn't do this topic as I didn't fancy going looking out all the covers...too time consuming for me!
ReplyDeleteYou still have Girl Scout cookies left?
ReplyDeleteAwesome Blue Covers! I need to read The Strange and Beautiful Sorrows of Ava Lavender I keep hearing how awesome it is!

I love the pictures! That's a lot of blue covers. All of my physics textbooks were blue-- my pet theory is that they make blue physics textbooks because blue is a calming color ;)

Those are some gorgeous pictures - I'm loving them. I like blue and agree with Anna in that it can be a very calming color. I STILL need to grab The Butcher's Hook from my library.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite color is orange. So, the struggle was real trying to find books I have read and liked for today. I love all your pictures! Your bookstagramming skills are quite strong.
ReplyDeleteI love blue, so I love these! I also love how you decided to present them for your post--so lovely! (Also, those Samoas are incredibly tempting...)
ReplyDeleteOooh, you got all artsy with yours. And now I totally wants cookies and chips. In that order.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, I be you had fun being so artful. Blue-tiful and beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThis is so calming, I love it!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness... How did I miss National Potato Chip Day! Love your artsy photos. Blue is a pretty color and I do enjoy different shades of it. I picked red for my favorite color. Have a great day AJ :)
ReplyDeleteOoh nice pics. Clearly judging from this weeks' posts I need to put more time into mine that just slapping them on because #lazy lol. I like how you did this. Plus potato chips! :)
ReplyDeleteI went the lazy route haha! But your photos are very pretty!
ReplyDeleteLOL you went above and beyond but it was so pretty!
ReplyDeleteoh I love all the covers and the way you did this post. so clever. Mine is so boring. love it.
ReplyDeleteSO much prettiness!! I really wish I was artistic. :-)

Beautifully pretentious! Love these blues!
ReplyDeleteLove the word play there! ;) Also the pictures are gorgeous and my favorite color is blue so long as it's a pretty blue, haha.
ReplyDeleteYour pictures are gorgeous AJ!
ReplyDeleteTHIS IS SO PRETTY!! I love looking at book photos so yesss this was the best. (Also is that a book about potato chips?! MY PEOPLE.)😂
ReplyDeleteAnd I think my favourite colour is orange, but truly I love ALL the colours all together. Rainbows ftw!
My favorite color is purple... more in the lavender range or a deep cobalt level color. ♥️ This was a neat way to interpret this prompt! Love the Fangirl one and the first one especially!
ReplyDeleteThese are all so pretty!! I LOVE the cover for Order of the Phoenix! It's probably my favorite from the series!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely post!! So many beautiful covers :)
ReplyDeleteYour pictures are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteThese are all so beautiful. And I spot one of my favorite books, The Strange and Beautiful Sorrows of Ava Lavender.
ReplyDeleteDon't currently have a favorite color. Instead I feel like my favorites are really inspired by trends. Or whatever my in-the-moment creative mind leans towards. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for visiting Finding Wonderland.
My favourite colour is blue too. I love that you took some arty photos, they look great! On a side note, I feel really weird writing the word 'favourite' on these TTT posts since I'm British and everyone spells it differently to me. The British spelling is beginning to look more alien to my eyes!
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures! I really love blue covers, purple and red are fantastic as well! I still need to read The Butcher's Hook, it's been on my shelves for ages!
ReplyDeleteMy favourite colour is orange, but I don't find too many orange books around. I love blue coloured books but green and black hardcovers are especially aesthetically pleasing to me.
